Agility practice is for dogs who have completed a beginning agility class with Dog Obedience Group. This is an opportunity for handlers to work their dogs on equipment outside of a class setting. There will be a D.O.G. representative on hand to help as a spotter on equipment if needed. Please read the "agility safety" form prior to practice. All handlers will be required to sign the form prior to being allowed on any equipment. If you have not completed a beginning agility class with D.O.G. but have a dog comfortable on the equipment please contact us to schedule a time to meet with a D.O.G. representative to evaluate your dogs skills.
SCHEDULE:
Practices are held each Friday at 7PM and each Sunday starting at 4PM.
No practices will be held on the following dates in 2012:

Location:
All practices are held at the D.O.G. location and are subject to the regular D.O.G. weather policy listed at the end of this page.
Cost and Payment:
Practice session: $10 per dog per session.
A monthly pass: $50 per dog per month. This allows access to all practices offered that month.
We accept check or cash and the payment for individual session or the monthly pass can be made at the D.O.G. location at the beginning of the practice session. Or you may send payment with an application to D.O.G., P.O. Box 624, Blue Springs, MO 64013.
Our "Early Bird" special does not apply to the practices and no discounts apply.

Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo/Parainfluenza/CoronaVirus & Rabies
Suggested vaccines:
Bordetella, Leptospirpsos
Equipment needed:
Please wear soft soled shoes, no flip-flops or sandals.
For the dog:
Regular collar and 6' leash (No Chain or Retractable's).
D.O.G. Weather Policy:
In the interest of the safety of our students and their dogs, certain weather conditions may warrant the canceling of class. These conditions include:
Tornado Watch/Warning
Severe thunder storm Watch/Warning
Snow/Ice Storm
Extreme Heat (Heat Index above 100 degrees).
If any of the above conditions are present in the K.C. Metro area, we MAY cancel class. To see if practices are being held; call 816-228-4567 one hour before practice is scheduled to begin.
